3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including DLT compliance requirements
• Not use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment is based on your selected plan and message volume. All fees are due as per the billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Moina.ai Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moina.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
